Delivery & collection

Our delivery costs can appear higher than standard parcel rates because chairs and tables are large, bulky items and couriers charge by volumetric size rather than weight. We keep shipping as low as we can and often absorb part of the fee.

Care & cleaning

Wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent — no repainting or varnishing needed. Resin and acrylic chairs are UV-stable and waterproof; stack them under cover between events to keep them looking their best. Wooden limewash chairs are for indoor use.

Are these chairs suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. Our polypropylene and acrylic Chiavari chairs are UV-stable and waterproof, so they are at home in marquees, on lawns and terraces as well as indoors. Wooden limewash chairs are for indoor use.
Do they stack?

Yes — every Chiavari chair we sell stacks for storage and transport, which is why they are the standard choice for venues and hire companies. Ask us for the stack height of a particular style.
Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?

Yes — volume pricing applies automatically in the basket, and for 50+ chairs message us on WhatsApp or call 01473 970712 for a quote. Mixed colours are welcome.
Can I see them before buying?

Visit our Ipswich showroom, Monday–Friday 9–4. Call ahead so we can have the colour you want ready.
Can I add seat cushions?

Yes. We stock a 3 cm seat cushion and a padded cushion with a wooden base and Velcro fixing that fit our Chiavari chairs — both are available in the “Complete the look” section above.
