Our delivery costs can appear higher than standard parcel rates because chairs and tables are large, bulky items and couriers charge by volumetric size rather than weight. We keep shipping as low as we can and often absorb part of the fee.

Care & cleaning

Vacuum or brush the fabric regularly and spot-clean spills promptly with a mild upholstery cleaner — blot, don’t rub. Wipe the powder-coated frame with a damp cloth. Stack on a trolley between events and avoid dragging chairs across the floor to keep the feet and frame finish intact.

Our Premium banquet chairs use foam and fabric tested to BS 5852 Crib 5 (BS 7176 medium hazard) and BS EN 1021-1/2, and the chair meets EN 12520:2015 for strength and durability — the certificates each chair carries are listed in its description above. If your venue or insurer needs the test reports, ask us and we will send them.
Do they stack?

Yes — the steel frame is designed for stacking, so a full function room can be cleared onto trolleys in minutes and stored in a fraction of the space. Ask us for the stack height if you are planning storage.
Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?

Yes — volume pricing applies automatically in the basket, and for 50+ chairs message us on WhatsApp or call 01473 970712 for a quote. Mixed colours are welcome, and we hold stock in Ipswich for fast delivery.
