Delivery in two days? Yup spot on as promised. Opened the box and discovered there were no instructions, as there were two different size screws I thought that was a problem, so initiated a help chat on the website. While I was waiting for the answer I discovered for myself that it’s blooming obvious which screws go where and started assembling. Had just got the first chair finished when my phone rang and it was a lovely lad answering my chat. Having explained what a foolish woman I was I carried on assembling chairs, took less than half an hour to do all 4.
I was prepared for them to be wobbly / frail, well they are essentially made of plastic! Nothing like it, perfectly strong, same as wooden chairs, they also look wooden and we have to point out to visitors that they are not.
Very happy with the product, which was a very reasonable price, and the customer service too.
