Delivery & collection

Our delivery costs can appear higher than standard parcel rates because chairs and tables are large, bulky items and couriers charge by volumetric size rather than weight. We keep shipping as low as we can and often absorb part of the fee.

To save on delivery, collect from our Ipswich warehouse — select Collection at checkout or contact us to arrange a time. Unit 2, Akenham Business Park, Ipswich IP6 0HL. Mon–Fri 09:00–16:00.
Care & cleaning

Wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent — the non-porous polypropylene surface cleans in seconds and never needs painting or varnishing. UV-stable and waterproof, so it can live outside; stacking under cover over winter keeps the colour at its best for longer.

Questions

Can the Viva chair be used outdoors?

Yes. The Viva is moulded in one piece from UV-stabilised polypropylene, so it is resistant to sun, rain, scratches and knocks — ideal for terraces, beer gardens, patios and outdoor dining as well as indoor cafés and restaurants.
Do they stack and how heavy are they?

Yes — Viva chairs stack for storage and transport, and at just 3.9 kg each one person can clear a terrace in minutes. Stacking under cover between seasons keeps the colour at its best.
Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?

Yes — volume pricing applies automatically in the basket, and for 50+ chairs message us on WhatsApp or call 01473 970712 for a quote. Mixed colours are welcome, and we hold stock in Ipswich for fast delivery.
Can I see them before buying?

Visit our Ipswich showroom, Monday–Friday 9–4. Call ahead so we can have the colour you want ready.
Which table goes with the Viva chair?

Our Round Polypropylene Café Bistro Table is made from the same material in matching colours (Black, White, Cream, Brown) and seats two to four Viva chairs comfortably — you will find it under “Pairs well with” next to the Add to basket button.
